למד תורה בכל יום. לימוד תורה יומי הוא מנת המזון הרוחני של הנשמה. הקדש זמן בכל יום (אפילו מעט) ללימוד עיוני בתורת ישראל.
הנח תפילין בכל יום חול בבוקר ( אך אפשר גם עד השקיעה). התפילין מעצימות את הנשמה ומחזקות את הקשר עם בורא עולם. הנחת תפילין מהווה גם סגולה מופלאה להרתעת אויבינו שנאמר: "וראו כל עמי הארץ כי שם השם נקרא עליך ויראו ממך".
וודא שבכל פתח ודלתות ביתך קבועות מזוזות כשרות. כדאי לבודקם מידי שנה, או לפחות מדי שלוש שנים.
תן צדקה בכל יום חול לאדם נצרך, או, למוסדות תורה וחסד. חשוב שקופת הצדקה תימצא בקביעות בביתך ובמקום עבודתך, היא ברכה גדולה למקום. "גדולה צדקה שמקרבת את הגאולה".
קנה ספרי קודש לביתך וסידורי תפילה. עצם המצאותם בבית היא ברכה ובנוסף תוכל תמיד להשתמש בהם להנאתך, "שתלמוד תורה כנגד כולם".
לימוד(ואפילו אמירת) חומש, תהלים ותניא יומיום גם הם סגולה נפלאה לברכה והצלחה ניסיים. כמו כן סיפורי צדיקים, ספרי ילדים מדרשים ואגדות המעשירים את הידע ומחממים את הלב. הספרים משרים קדושה בבית ומזכירים את הערכים החשובים באמת.
מצווה גדולה וסגולה היא לכל נשי ובנות ישראל, ואף ילדות קטנות, להדליק נרות בערב שבת, בזמן (המתפרסם בלוחות) ובברכה. אור נרות השבת משרה ברכה ושלווה בבית היהודי.
שמור על כשרות המאכלים, בתוך הבית ומחוצה לו. וודא כי המטבח בביתך מתנהל על פי דיני הכשרות.
שתיה ואכילת כשר ובהפרדה בין בשר לחלב ובכילים נפרדים מזככת את המוח והלב ומכשירה אותם לחשוב ולהרגיש כיהודי.
קדושה וטהרת הבית היהודי מביאים בריאות ואושר בחיי המשפחה והזוגיות. שמירת חוקים אילו שומרת על הקשר בין הזוג ומעצימה אותו. היא משפיעה גם על עתידו של הבית כולו ושלימות העם היהודי כולו…
